UK Delivery
At KidsElectricBike.co.uk, we pride ourselves on providing fast, reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
We use trusted national courier companies to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Delivery Charges
- £4.95 per order for mainland UK.
- £14.95 per order for the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
Most orders are dispatched via DPD, FedEx or TNT, depending on the size and destination of your order. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Standard UK deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised products, including customised number plates and decals, are made specifically to order and therefore require additional production time.
Typical delivery time for personalised items is 5–7 working days.
Ireland Delivery
We are pleased to offer delivery throughout Ireland.
- Orders under 30kg: £39.00 per order
- Orders over 30kg: Collection is available from our Northern Ireland collection point in Belcoo BT93 for £159.00 per order.

European Delivery
We currently offer delivery throughout most mainland European countries.
Delivery generally takes 4–7 working days, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
As shipping costs vary depending on destination and parcel size, we recommend contacting us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate delivery quotation.
Orders placed online with the default European delivery charge may require adjustment depending on the destination country and the size of the order. If necessary, we will contact you before dispatch.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver directly to certain island destinations or remote territories. If your location is unavailable, we may be able to recommend a UK freight forwarding service.
Worldwide Delivery
If you are located outside the UK or Europe, please contact us before placing your order.
We will be happy to advise whether delivery is available to your destination and provide a personalised shipping quotation where possible.
Christmas Delivery
During the Christmas period we recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Our last recommended ordering date for Christmas delivery will be published on our website each year.
While we continue dispatching orders right up until Christmas, courier networks become extremely busy during December and therefore we cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels have left our warehouse.
Please note that personalised products require additional production time and should be ordered well in advance.

Our website uses industry-standard encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information throughout the checkout process.
For customers who prefer not to pay online, we also accept payment by Postal Order or personal cheque.
Please note that orders paid by personal cheque will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received, which may add 7–10 working days to your delivery time.
For cheque payments, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide full payment instructions.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Change of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been assembled, ridden or used.
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
Returns that arrive without their original packaging or show signs of use may be subject to a reduced refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Where possible, we ask customers to provide photographs of the issue so we can assess the quickest solution.
In many cases we can resolve problems quickly by supplying replacement parts or providing technical assistance.
If a fault cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange collection, repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Failed Deliveries
If multiple delivery attempts are missed and your order is returned to us, we will happily refund your order.
However, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery charge together with any courier return costs incurred before issuing your refund.
Technical Support
Our experienced support team is always happy to help.
Many issues experienced with children's electric bikes can be resolved quickly with simple troubleshooting or replacement parts.
Before arranging a return, we may ask you to carry out a few simple checks or provide photographs or videos so we can identify the problem and offer the fastest possible solution.
If a collection has been arranged, someone must be available at the collection address throughout the agreed collection day.
Pricing
All prices displayed on KidsElectricBike.co.uk are inclusive of UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. Should this occur, we will contact you before processing your order.
Complaints
We are committed to providing excellent customer service.
If you have any concerns regarding your order or our service, please contact us by telephone, email or post.
All complaints are handled promptly, professionally and confidentially, with responses normally provided within five working days.
Warranty
All new children's electric bikes supplied by KidsElectricBike.co.uk include a 6-month parts warranty against manufacturing defects.
To maximise the life of your child's electric bike, we recommend:
- Using the bike only within the stated weight limits.
- Avoiding deep water, mud and excessive off-road use unless the model is specifically designed for it.
- Charging the battery according to the supplied instructions.
- Storing the bike in a dry environment when not in use.
Please note that batteries, chargers, motors, tyres, wheels and remote controls are considered consumable components and are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects only.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, overloading, incorrect charging or failure to follow the user instructions is not covered under warranty.
Waste Batteries & Environmental Information
In accordance with the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations, we operate a responsible battery disposal policy.
Please do not dispose of batteries with household waste. Used batteries should be recycled through your local recycling centre or authorised battery collection point.
Trade customers are responsible for complying with all applicable battery recycling regulations when supplying products to their own customers.
